Our CNC Bender
control software runs using a cutting-edge Ethernet-based
control system. Our benders are controlled by the CNC Bender
control software through a single Ethernet cable connection
between the operator station and the bender’s
electronic enclosure.
This means that
our control systems are designed in a way that makes redundant
control system technology a reality. If the operator station
computer fails, it is possible to have a second backup
computer system up and running in just a few minutes without
the messy installation of internal ISA control boards and
I/O boards. This simple 5-step process is all that’s
required to run the bender from a backup computer:
