TUBE BENDING SMT provides quality formed tubes and tube assemblies as well as prototype design to the medical, aerospace, automotive, appliance, agriculture and consumer products industries.

SMT Industries has a state of the art tube bending fabrication department. We have one 5.00" diameter NC bending machine, two 3.000" diameter CNC bending machines, one 1.500" diameter CNC bending machine, two 1.000" diameter CNC bending machines and one .312" diameter CNC bending machine. All of our CNC bending equipment is Benderlinked to our measurement system, for auto program correction.

Ken is demonstrating our measurement system arm. Here at SMT, we have all of our CNC bending machines linked with the measurement system, via wireless Benderlink technology. We bend the first part and measure the bent tube's geometry. The information is sent to the bending machines, which auto-corrects the bending program. The second parts is bent to specification. This technology is very helpful with part reports, programming master tube parts with no print or bending data and expensive raw materials.

SMT offers tube bending services for all quantities imaginable. We can provide tube fabrication from single piece runs to high volume production. SMT has experienced tube bending machine operators, which have also been involved with the development of CNC Bender and CNC Bender Lite software by Advanced Tubular. Our operators come across some very demanding applications where special dynamic options are needed. Our team members communicate the concepts to Mr. Cone and the special feature gets incorporated to our equipment, as well as our remanufactured CNC bender customers' machines.
